Hand cream in person's hand in front of a window

Warmer weather is finally on its way but despite rising temps, our hands still need some attention! Between hand washing, the gym, cleaning, and all the other everyday tasks, our hands can take a real hit. I’ve rounded up my top picks at every price point to make it easy to chose the best option for you!

$ – EO Everyone Lotion Tube Coconut & Lemon

Although this option may be the most budget friendly, it does not sacrifice efficacy. Formulated with vitamin E, nourishing oils, and pure essential oils, this light moisturizer soaks in quickly and has a subtle but beautiful lemon and coconut scent. Like it says on the packaging, it isn’t just for hands as it makes a great all over moisturizer too! I’ve been using this as my daily post shower body moisturizer for years and would not dream of switching to something else. This would fall right in the middle of the scale in terms of moisturizing level; it’s definitely hydrating but if you’re trying to soothe very dry skin you may need something a bit heavier.

Hand cream in leather purse

This Weleda Hand Cream is perfect for on-the-go!

$$ – Weleda Almond Soothing Hand Cream

For those with super sensitive skin, this one is for you! Made with soothing almond oil and no synthetic preservatives or fragrances, it can help heal even the driest hands. Although it is a rather thin consistency, it’s not greasy and absorbs very fast. It hydrates and begins to heal my cracked, irritated skin after only one use. I keep a mini of this in my purse at all times and have found it especially great for on the go and after hand washing with harsh public washroom soap. The scent is very light, almost undetectable, making it a great option for those with a sensitivity or working in a scent free environment.

Hand cream in bottle sitting on bathroom countertop

Doesn’t this Lovefresh Lotion look beautiful on a bathroom countertop?

$$$ – Lovefresh Lemon Verbena Hand & Body Lotion

Packed with coconut oil, shea butter, and avocado oil, this formula offers a ton of high-quality moisturizing ingredients. With a strong but not overpowering scent of fresh lemon, it is a bit thicker than the previous choices but still manages to feel non-greasy once applied. I find a little goes a long way (only one pump needed), so despite the slightly higher price tag, one bottle lasts months. Plus, the beautiful and minimal pump packaging makes it perfect for display on a nightstand or countertop.

$$$$ – Pai Skincare Fragonia & Sea Buckthorn Instant Therapy Hand Cream

With over ten organic oils and star ingredients like the ultra-healing sea buckthorn, this hand cream feels silky and luxurious. Its rich and creamy texture keeps my hands soft all day, even after washing. I also found it improved my cuticle health and overall look of my nails. Like many of Pai’s products, it’s suitable for those with eczema. Even in the warmest months, the spaces between my fingers can get so irritated and red. This is what I reach for when my hands need some serious TLC.
