Thermal Food Jar Quinoa | Learn it in 60 Seconds
Quinoa is a great everyday superfood -it’s gluten-free, high in protein and one of the few plant foods that contain all nine essential amino acids. Cook quinoa right in your thermos for easy lunches! Throw everything together and it should be ready by lunch time. Learn it in 60 seconds!
- Quinoa – 1/4 CUP
- Parsley – 1 TBSP (chopped)
- Yellow Zucchini – 1/4 CUP (chopped)
- Red Pepper – 1/4 CUP (chopped)
- Edamame Beans – 1 TBSP
- Olive Oil – drizzle
- Salt – pinch
- Boiling Water – 1/2 CUP
- PREP THERMOS – fill with boiling water, let it stand for 10 minutes
- DRAIN THERMOS & ADD ALL INGREDIENTS
