Anyone who knows me knows I’m obsessed with skincare. While I’m always trying something new, I’ve finally found the five skincare products I’ll never go without!

 Herbivore Blue Clay Detox Mask

Everyone needs a good clay based, detoxifying mask. This is my essential. It’s made with just three ingredients – cambrian blue clay, white kaolin clay, and rose geranium essential oil. I think the simplicity is what makes this so effective!

Every single time I use it my skin looks brighter, clearer, and I really do notice a detoxifying effect, which is why I don’t recommend using it the day before an important event! Apply a couple days before to give your skin time to properly detox before your close up!

Exfoliating is a very important step in everyone’s skincare routine. But it’s a fine balance. Exfoliate too often and your skin will be raw and irritated. Exfoliate too little and your skin will be bumpy, dull, and if you have acne prone skin, you’re more likely to experience breakouts.

I have sensitive skin, which makes this even trickier. I find physically exfoliating twice a week (I use plain white rice flour) and chemically exfoliating twice a week is the key. This is the chemical exfoliant I use.

This is a new addition to my skincare routine, and I’m so glad I added it because it’s made a real difference. These pads are rich in Vitamin C, they have an exfoliating blend of Java Plum and Banana extract, and lots of Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs) from Caviar Lime! They even have  lots of beta-carotene, vitamin A, and glycerin, so it ticks all the skincare boxes!

I cleanse, tone, swipe one pad across my face, and follow with serum and moisturizer.

Herbivore Moon Fruit Superfruit Night Treatment

I did not expect this to do much for my skin but I was so wrong! This isn’t a mask, it’s a night treatment infused with so much skin goodness.

There’s antioxidant rich fruits like prickly pear, goji berry, and red raspberry seed. There’s gentle, exfoliating fruit acids like papaya,orange, bilberry, and cranberry. These natural alpha-hydroxy acids (AHA’s) are why this product works wonders! The gentle exfoliation is key to keeping acne at bay, but they’re so gentle it doesn’t bother my sensitive skin! Win win!

But that’s not all – there’s even hyaluronic acid, shea butter, aloe, and a long list of other skincare goodness.

I cleanse, tone, use this treatment, and follow with serum and moisturizer.

Vichy Mineral 89 Fortifying and Hydrating Daily Skin Booster

I’m always looking for the newest and best hydrating serums, but I think I’ve finally found my favourite. This serum is one of the first that I immediately noticed a lasting benefit. This serum hydrates my skin so it’s more balanced, less red and irritated, and less prone to breakouts. But that’s really no surprise considering it’s won over five beauty awards!

I consider this serum to be my daily essential, so I’ll often pair with another serum to target a more short term concern.

Odacite Crystal Contour Gua Sha Rose Quartz Beauty Tool

Gua Sha is all the rage these days, and for good reason. I was very doubtful, but after seeing SO many people talking about it, I had to try it. I use my tool in the morning, after a face oil.

I have a super simple routine that takes about a minute, and I love it. It’s a minute to relax, to be mindful, and it’s a great way to start the day. It’s also nice for de-puffing my skin, improving circulation, and I really think it’s helpful for reducing congestion.
