Skip the gym and work out at home or outside with this HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout!

How the Circuit Works:

  • 40 seconds of work
  • 20 seconds of recovery
  • Repeat exercise 1 to 6, for a total of 3 rounds (18 minutes total*)

HIIT Exercises:

  1. Reverse Lunge with Bicep Curl*
  2. Reverse Lunge with Overhead One-Arm Kettlebell Press*
  3. Low Lateral Side to Side Steps
  4. High-Lunge Row*
  5. In & Out Low Squat
  6. Pivot Sumo Squat

* If repeating exercises 1, 2, and 4 on both sides, workout is 27 minutes total
