2017 IN REVIEW: What Was Hot in Food & Snacks?

2017 TREND #1: TURMERIC

This superfood is packed with benefits including its powerful anti-inflammatory properties and is a strong antioxidant. The best thing about turmeric is that it can be consumed and enjoyed in many different ways in order to reap its benefits, such as added to a latte and many popular snack foods, or infused in a delicious curry dish! While this was 2017’s biggest food trend, its superfood benefits mean it’s here to stay as an important food for our daily diet.

Some of our favourite turmeric products include Turmeric Teas Dawn Organic Loose Leaf Tea, Truly Turmeric Wildcrafted Whole Root Turmeric Paste, and Cha’s Organics Turmeric Slices.
