  1. ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TO A BOWL
  2. STIR UNTIL COMBINED
  3. LINE BAKING SHEET with parchment paper
  4. PRESS OAT MIXTURE INTO THE PAN
  5. FREEZE UNTIL FIRM – 45-60 minutes
  6. REMOVE FROM PAN & SLICE (into rectangles, or squares)
  7. WRAP INDIVIDUALLY & STORE IN FREEZER
  8. ENJOY!
